Genesis 1:11–13; 1 Corinthians 3:6–7 · ages 3–8 · free, no sign-up
A free printable Bible colouring page (coloring page, if you're in the US!) of Little Seeds, from Genesis 1:11–13; 1 Corinthians 3:6–7. It has a memory verse and three talk-about-it questions printed under the picture, so it works at home, in Sunday school or in kids' church. Print as many as you need.
The story (Genesis 1:11–13; 1 Corinthians 3:6–7)
On the third day of creation, God filled the land with plants: grass, flowers, fruit trees and every kind of seed. A tiny seed looks like nothing much, but plant it, give it water and sunshine, and it grows into something new. Paul said that people can plant and water, but it is God who makes things grow. God helps us grow too, little by little, as we learn about him each day.
Memory verse
“I planted. Apollos watered. But God gave the increase.”
(1 Corinthians 3:6, World English Bible, public domain)
Talk about it
- What do seeds need to grow?
- What would you like to plant?
